Ingredients:
1 whole crab
2 small onions
1/2 tin tomato
2 table spoons cooking oil
1 1/2 tea spoon crushed garlic
1 1/2 tea spoon crushed ginger
1 tea spoon green chillis
1/2 tea spoon red chillies
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 1/2 tea spoon dhana jira powder (coriander cumin)
salt to taste
1 tea spoon garam masala
Method:
Fry onions till brown add all the dry and wet masalas except garam masala
Fry for a minute and add tin tomatoes
Cook on slow heat till the oil floats up
add prepared crab cook for 2 to 3 minutes
add hot water about two cup full
let it simmer for about 45 minutes
just before turning off add garam masala
add salt to taste
garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy
