Ingredients

300g rice flour

50g gram flour 

25g plain flour 

one large handful bowl full chopped fenugreek leaves ( methi leaves) or chopped spring onion or  spinach leaves you can mix them all or just the fenugreek. 

1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder 

1 1/2 teaspoon cumin /coriander mix powder 

1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 

1 green chili finely chopped 

1 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic 

2 teaspoon mashed ginger 

3 tablespoons plain yogurt

Water

Mix all the flours together in a large bowl then add all ingredients and yogurt. Mix it well.

Add warm water a little at a time to make paste. Add water to make a  cream consistency. .  

Warm the nonstick frying pan on medium heat . 

With a brush - oil the pan . 

Then pour the mixture with large spoon  Lift the pan and spread the paste to cover the pan. Cover with a lid for minute. Take the lid off and turn over the pancake, it should be golden brown. Cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until it's golden brown. 

Eat!
