Ingredients

2 medium size fish clean and wash leave it to side . 

2 med tomatoes chopped

3 tablespoon oil for frying

     

Marinade

3 tablespoons crush garlic 

1 teaspoon crush green chilli 

2 1/2 cumin / coriander powder 

1 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1 1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon Garam masala 

2 teaspoon tomato puree 

1 tablespoon oil 

1/2 lemon juice


Method

Mix all marinade ingredients together 

Put fish in a sealable bag, add marinade, make sure all fish covered. then marinate fish for 2 to 3 hours.

Heat the pan and put 3 tablespoon oil  then add tomato and cook for five  minutes.

Add add fish, with all the marinade.

Cook it for five minutes turn over and cook until masala is thick - cover with the lid all time.

If you want to make dry fish then cook without covering lid cook both side until masala looks a little burnt.

Sprinkle fresh coriander to garnish.
