500g chappti flour 

1 teaspoon salt 

3 teaspoon ground cumin powder

3 tablespoons cooking oil      

Cooking oil to deep fry

Mix  all ingredients together. 

Add warm water to make dough, add water as you need to make a nice firm dough. 

Make into small 2cm balls and then roll out into small circles (6-7cm across).

Heat the oil until a piece of bread goes brown in 4 mins.. Fry each Puri, they will puff up and go golden brown.

Remove from heat, drain...

Eat with Mango pulp!
