18 Cookies
Ingredients:
130g Plain Flour
60g Besan/Gram Flour
30g Semolina
80g Icing Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
1 Pinch Cardamom Powder
115g Ghee (room temp)
1 table spoon Milk (if it is a little dry)
Ground Almonds and Pistachios for the top garnish
Method: In a bowl add flour, besan, semolina, icing sugar, salt and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Pour in Ghee to form a dough, it will be slightly dry but if it doesn't form add a very little milk to combine (be careful as you want it dry ish and the milk can soften it a bit too much)
divide into 18 portions and shape into rounds that you can flatten slightly. place on a baking tray and top with nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins (until slightly golden) at 150 degrees C.
