Ingredients
200g white pepper.
100g black pepper
100g cardamom pods
One nutmeg
100g cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 tablespoons of ginger powder
Break the cinnamon stick in small pieces .
Break nutmeg in small pieces
Warm oven for 20 minutes at 200C.
Mix all ingredients together and place on an oven tray
Turn the oven off and put the tray into the oven. Close and leave in the oven for 10 to15 minutes.
Take out from oven and let it cool for 20 mins.
Grind in the spice grinder and store in a airtight container.
