Ingredients.  

1/2 glass of water 

1 teaspoon honey 

1 teaspoon grated ginger 

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1 teaspoon butter ( ghee ) 

1/4 teaspoon salt . 

Method

Boil the all ingredients with water for five minutes on medium heat then strain with tea stainer

Have one tablespoon, three time a day.

The last one you can take before bed time so you can sleep better (drink warm ).

You can make fresh every time or double the the all ingredients and make extra but always take warm.        (Puck's special )
